Crawl budget on large game libraries, faceted lobby architecture, geo and hreflang handling across licensed jurisdictions, Core Web Vitals on the pages that convert. Release-level QA so a sprint never costs you an index.
Revenue share does not stop at the first deposit. It runs for the life of the account. We build the owned organic channel that sits underneath your paid mix, staffed by a dedicated team that works only on your brand.
Crawl budget on large game libraries, faceted lobby architecture, geo and hreflang handling across licensed jurisdictions, Core Web Vitals on the pages that convert. Release-level QA so a sprint never costs you an index.
Game, provider, payment and market pages written by people who play the products. Pre-approved templates that clear compliance once and scale without a second review. Native writers in every language we ship.
Digital PR and editorial placement built around data your business already produces. Every target is reviewed for jurisdiction, content adjacency and advertising rules before outreach begins.
Demand modelling before you commit a licence application or a localisation budget. Competitor share of organic, keyword economics against local CPCs and an honest read on what a market is worth in year two.
A player who has already seen your campaign searches your brand name to find the site. What loads is a review aggregator, a complaints thread, a "brand X vs brand Y" comparison and three affiliate pages with a bonus code attached. You paid for the intent. Somebody else monetises the click.
We treat the branded result page as owned inventory. That means auditing every ranking entity, taking back the positions that can be taken back and building the assets that displace the rest. Help centre, licensing page, payments page, responsible gambling page, app listings and the properties that legitimately carry your name.
Mirror and legacy domains are the quiet version of the same problem. Old ccTLDs, staging environments and partner mirrors indexed against your brand split authority and confuse the player about which site is the licensed one.
Nothing here is national. Each state is a separate index, a separate legal footing and in practice a separate site section. The work is architectural before it is editorial: geo integrity, state page templates that hold up across twenty jurisdictions and strict separation of promotional language that is legal in one state and not in the next.
RegulatorsPaid or rented links point at properties we control, never at the brand domain. Your licensed estate only ever receives links that were earned.
Templates and target lists go through your compliance team once. Approved patterns then ship without a queue. Anything outside the pattern comes back for review.
Every placement, publisher and approval is recorded and handed over on request. If a regulator asks what was published and who cleared it, the answer takes an hour.
Sportsbook and casino under one domain with a lobby that could not be crawled below the second tier. We rebuilt the state architecture, shipped 240 approved pages and took the sport-by-state cluster off the affiliates holding it.
Blended organic CPA settled 61 percent below paid in the same states. [FIGURE: confirm blended CPA delta against final Q4 reporting]
Brand SERP was carrying six aggregator results above the operator's own help pages. We cleared four positions, deindexed two legacy ccTLDs still ranking on the brand and moved the comparison query in-house
Revenue share liability on new cohorts down 1.9m EUR annualised. [FIGURE: annualised liability reduction, finance to verify]
A move to a regulated domain lost 70 percent of organic sessions in nine days. We rebuilt the redirect map, recovered the entity and returned the site to prior volume before the licensed launch window closed.
Sessions recovered to 108 percent of pre-migration baseline. [FIGURE: recovery percentage at week 11]
Fourteen years in gambling organic, seven of them in house at a UKGC licensed operator.
Migrations, index recovery and large lobby architecture. Leads every launch and every domain move.
Runs the native writer network across nine languages and owns the compliance template library.
Digital PR and editorial placement. Every target list is his signature before outreach starts.
Demand modelling and entry cases. Has talked more clients out of markets than into them.
Former regulatory affairs. Sits between our output and your compliance team so nothing ships unreviewed.
A standard engagement is a lead strategist, a technical specialist, a content lead and two writers, with research and off-page drawn in as the plan requires. The team is dedicated. Nobody on your account is split across another operator in the same market, and nobody is swapped out without your agreement.
Months one and two are audit, architecture and compliance template approval, with the first fixes shipped in week three. Months three to six are publication at volume and the first off-page work. Months seven to twelve are compounding: expansion into secondary markets, brand SERP consolidation and the point at which organic FTDs become material in the mix.
Weekly written update, monthly review against acquisition targets, quarterly session with your leadership. Reporting is built around FTDs and revenue contribution by market, not rankings. You get the raw data and the dashboards, and they stay yours if the engagement ends.
A fixed monthly retainer sized to the team, quoted per market and per language. An optional performance component can be added against agreed organic FTD or NGR thresholds once a baseline is established, normally from month four. We do not sell a performance only arrangement, because the first six months of this work produce assets rather than volume. [FIGURE: current retainer bands by team size]
We will come back within two working days with a read on your organic position in those markets and what a team would do first.
